For campers looking to become lean, mean workout machines!

OVERVIEW

In this class, campers will learn from a specialized weightlifting instructor to use proper lifting and spotting techniques for all major muscle groups.  Campers will also learn how to create their very own personalized workout regimen. Camper will be well on their way to becoming lean, mean, workout machines!
