We are looking forward to welcoming you to Camp OTX on Closing Day! Camper pick-up begins Saturday morning. Please refer to your email and text for your specific arrival window time and details.
In order to help reduce time spent waiting in vehicles, please arrive at camp within your designated arrival window. Arriving outside of your arrival window impedes traffic flow and causes delays. Arrival windows can also be found on your camper’s Travel Itinerary on your My OTX dashboard.
For the safety and best experience of all of our camp families, Camp OTX is a pet free environment. Please make alternate plans for your pets. It is too hot for pets to remain in cars at camp.
Once your family arrives at Camp OTX, you can park in our parking lot, and our staff will load your camper’s luggage for you. All camper luggage will be waiting in our onsite cabin luggage depot. Please make sure to have your camper’s cabin number handy when arriving at the parking lot.
Please note that if your camper has medications eligible for return (Epi Pens, inhalers, new prescriptions, and other medication exceptions to our no medication return policy), they will be placed in your camper’s luggage by our Medical Team after their luggage is packed on Saturday morning.
We invite you to join our Closing Ceremony on Saturday where you will learn more about your camper’s Camp OTX experience! At the conclusion of the ceremony, families will have the opportunity to say goodbye their new Camp OTX friends, take more photos together, and pop into the OTX Store for one last treat or snack before heading to their vehicles to depart camp.
Every session at Camp OTX has a session video to remember and celebrate the Camp OTX experience. You can expect to receive a text on Saturday evening with a link to view and enjoy your session video with your camper!
