Our Staff Orientation is 10 days of learning, training and is an absolute blast. We’ve got staff coming from all over. While some get certified as American Red Cross Lifeguards, some are flying high on our ropes course getting trained, some are in the crafts center learning how to teach all the amazing classes we offer, and everyone is getting in gear for the upbeat OTX tempo.
