Camp OTX Store FAQs


Contrary to belief, the Camp OTX Store is not just a canteen with a few snacks and some trinkets. The Camp OTX Store is a Premier experience – for campers and for families, just like the rest of camp.

We like to refer to the Camp OTX Store as the Neiman Marcus of camp stores! Why? Because we have just about everything you can think of. We have all the apparel to dress your camper from head to toe that we redesign each year. Not only that, but we have fun custom OTX gear from drinkware to decals, including top brands.  We have essentials to make packing easier and lots of fun care packages to send to your camper to make their stay even more premier. And, because we know kids like to have fun, we have a great selection of toys. So, why do we have so much in our stores? Simple. We want our families to remember their years at Camp OTX and these tangible items help with that!

And even if you don’t get any merchandise from our line, the Camp OTX Store is stocked with lots of snacks and drinks, including our ever famous Soft Serve, for our customers to enjoy while taking a little break from all the fun.

We have 1 on sight Store at Camp OTX. Whenever we’re open, campers and/or their families can come and go as they please.

Not only that, but almost all our products are online. We have complete descriptions, sizes, and color availability of our products on our online store or in the My OTX Go App. We can ship most items anywhere in the continental United States, or for added convenience, items can be selected to be delivered straight to your camper’s cabin.

We actually suggest ordering ahead online. We can either ship the items to you or if you select “Deliver at Camp,” we’ll reserve the items you ordered. You’ll be able to pick these items up in the store as a “Pre-Oder” on Opening Day or we’ll deliver the items directly to your camper’s cabin.

You can also place orders online while your camper is at camp! If you place an order during your camper’s session, it is typically delivered to your camper within 24 hours of the order. Deliveries are made twice a day to cabins, after breakfast and after lunch.

You can even leave a note for your camper in any “Deliver at Camp” order. While you’re checking out, there is a section for order comments. Leave a note for your camper or you can even tell us if you’d like your package delivered on a certain day in this section. If you leave this section blank, our system automatically assigns the date.

**Note that we do not accept American Express.

Easy! Select the “First-Year” option and we’ll deliver the correct team items to your camper.

Unfortunately, first-year team items cannot be shipped.


Our stores are open 3 times a day, most days:

  • During Chill Out (10:00-10:55a) so campers can enjoy a snack and drink to wind down from Team Competition.
  • During Stampede (3:00-5:00p), everyone’s favorite part of the day. Camper’s enjoy coming in the Store between having fun to cool down with a snack or grab something fun.
  • During Special Events (times vary from 6:45-8:30p).

Our selection is HUGE!

We have a full TEAM line to get your camper ready to rep their Red or Blue pride. We have SPECIAL EVENT tees for each night of your camper’s session, including a Special Event Package to make packing easier. And if you’re just looking for some great OTX gear, we have tons of FUN TEES and of course, LONG SLEEVE options as well. We also sell HATSSHORTS, and some fun SPECIALTY items.

Not only do we have wearables, but we have a large selection of DECALSDRINKWAREJEWELRY and just some fun CAMP STUFF!

And if all that weren’t enough, we have items that will MAKE PACKING EASIER for you as well as custom CARE PACKAGES and TEAM PACKAGES.

We also have some fun toys that your campers can buy in stores because we know how much kids love to play with toys during Rest Period.

Oh, and we can’t forget our huge variety of snacks and drinks!

We recommend $100 per week (so if your camper is staying for 2 weeks, we suggest $200).

Every camper is different when it comes to their spending habits, so we also recommend talking with your camper about your expectations and budgeting. For instance, it can be very hard for a young, first time camper to control their spending on their own with all the great stuff they see because they typically don’t have the power to buy things on their own outside of camp. Take the opportunity to talk with your camper about this before they arrive.

Campers use store accounts rather than cash in our stores so they don’t have to keep track of cash while at camp. If you send cash with your camper to put in their store account, please tell them to take it to the Office for it to be put into their account. We do take cash, credit card and check on Opening and Closing Days.

Yes! Log into your My OTX Dashboard. Click the Info Stream tab at the top. There will be a box that you can click to check your camper’s balance. These balances are updated multiple times a day as they’re synced with our Point of Sale system.

If your camper’s balance goes under $25, you will be notified via email.

Yes! Log into your My OTX Dashboard. The same place you checked your camper’s balance will have a link for you to add more money.

If you would like your camper to be alerted that they have received more store credit, you can send them an email using the My Email feature on your My OTX Dashboard.

Unfortunately, our Point of Sale System is not linked to our website for this capability. However, if you’d like to know what your camper is buying, you’re welcome to email [email protected] or give us a call at 830-850-0033 and we can give you an itemized report of their spending.

While you’re completing all your campers’ information during the registration process, the Fee Summary section has an option for you to REFUND or DONATE your camper’s leftover funds.

If you select your camper’s store balance to be refunded, a check will be sent to the primary address we have on file about three to four weeks after the conclusion of the Camp OTX Summer.

If you select your camper’s store balance to be donated, these funds will go to our Camp OTX Foundation, which funds our Ozone Ministries and Ozark For All camp.

Log into your My OTX Dashboard. Click the My Orders tab. All your current and past orders are shown. This page has directions for checking the status of an order. You can click the package next to the order in question to see if your package has been delivered.

You can also check the status of a shipping order by clicking the envelope next to your order. You’ll be able to see the items in your order that have shipped along with track your package here.


Most orders ship within 72 hours of ordering. Occasionally, items may be out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in both instances, and in the event of a backorder, will be provided an approximate date of shipment. You will also have the option to change the items to be delivered at camp if applicable.

All shipping orders are shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air.

If you’re not satisfied with your items, we gladly accept returns or exchanges of unworn/unused items. Complete the Return/Exchange Form and send the items back to us via the instructions. You can also return or exchange items in store on Opening/Closing Day.
