That’s right. Our newest Special Event was a backwards take on the entire Camp OTX day! On Thursday, campers woke up for breakfast and were then off to Lifeline and Prime Time. We started the day the same way we typically end the day so we headed out to the fields for the OTX REWIND Special Event. It was an event full of fun and excitement with inflatables and games that campers love. Much like a super fun end to a super fun day. Only this time, OTX REWIND meant a super fun start to a super fun day!

Next up…not Team Comp, not Chill Out, not Morning Activities, but STAMPEDE in the morning! 

After our campers had a total blast spending the morning at OTX REWIND and STAMPEDE, then it was off to lunch and Rest Period in the middle of the day like we do every day. We couldn’t mess with the necessities!

When the music normally plays in the cabins, campers know it is time for STAMPEDE. This time, campers knew it was time for Morning Activities in the afternoon! After our 3 regularly scheduled Morning Activities, campers headed to the Dining Hall for dinner. 

The last item of the day…you guessed it…Team Competition. Campers were so excited to finish their day the same way they typically start their day…with a focus on winning points for their team! Campers still had time to chill out and relax after such an intense evening of competition. Campers loved the chance to encourage one another and reflect on the highlights of the game. 

Before campers headed off to bed, we had one more event…OTX Nightly News to celebrate all the fun highlights of the day! 

Don’t worry, we jumped back to our regular schedule this morning for Ultimate Solution!
