Once everyone was settled into their cabins, we headed off to Opening Day Games for the rest of the afternoon to reconnect with friends and to build new friendships.
After dinner, we enjoyed Opening Day Lifeline with singing, dancing, and skits. Then it was on to our first Special Event of the session…GAMEDAY!
Campers raced through the obstacle course, hit home runs in home run derby, and challenged friends to a friendly soccer match. It was a complete and total blast! We ended our evening with Team Initiation welcoming new campers to the Red Team and the Blue Team.
On to our first camp day of Team Competition and Camp OTX activities today. Stay tuned for more updates on the Great Adventure at Camp OTX.
