Howdy! Morgan is from Houston and is one of eight children, so her passion for working with kids is something that grew naturally throughout her life. She attended summer camps all throughout my childhood and found Christ through high school Young Life. She’s a proud graduate of Texas A&M where she ran cross country and track & field. She loves spending time with family & friends and taking her sweet dog hiking! She has several years of experience working in a camp environment and we are super excited to have her as a part of the OTX family!
Stephen Mackintosh
Stephen grew up in Dallas and graduated from UT Austin. He was a teacher in Fredericksburg before looking for a way to mentor kids in a more fun environment. Stephen also grew up working at his father’s teambuilding business, which focuses on connection through adventure. With these two experiences, the transition into OTX was a no brainer! Stephen worked at the OTX waterfront last summer and really leaned into the skits. He is a total goofball and enjoys cultivating an atmosphere where people both have a good time and are heard. His greatest joy in life is building meaningful relationships, so he’s very excited to be on the OTX team as a staff recruiter!
