Our mission is to provide a premier camp environment and experience for kids, through a commitment to excellence in all that we do, while seeking to establish and deepen relationships with Jesus Christ. We do this in one of the most beautiful Texas settings with genuine staff who want to be part of TEAM OTX 2026!

We provide flexible work options to help you make the most of your summer. First year staff members are required to work at least 6 weeks of the summer and must attend Staff Orientation.

Session Pay
Camp OTX provides FREE room and board for all Summer Staff (room and board valued at $500 per session).
*Total Summer Pay includes a $200 bonus for Summer Staff working Session 5. Staff will receive a Completion Bonus upon completion of three or more 2-week sessions.
